Kyle Brodziak had himself a night. His best of the Playoffs led the STL forward group in Game 4. Jori Lehtera, Troy Brouwer, and Robby Fabbri, all followed closely.

After quiet start to the playoffs, Lehtera has elevated his game versus the Sharks and leads all STL forwards in Overall Contribution thru the first four games of this series.

STL forwards won the all-important Defensive Contribution battle in Game 4. Thus far in the Conference Finals the team with the higher Defensive Contribution from their Forward group has won all but one game. Lehtera, Alex Steen and Kyle Brodziak were the leading Defensive Contributors in Game 4.

Alex Pietrangelo was back at the top of the STL D-core by a wide margin.

Chris Tierny followed a strong performance in Game 3 with his best game of the Playoffs in Game 4. He excelled Defensively at closing passing lanes and his strong offensive contribution made him SJS's Overall leader among forwards.

The Joe's, both Joe Thornton and Joe Pavelski, had off nights defensively, particularly in a few key Defensive Zone Coverage situations.

Brent Burns had a strong and balanced Offensive and Defensive night. His Overall contribution level was twice that of any other Defenseman in this game.
