Lightning vs Penguins

GAME 5

Evgeni Malkin had a big night Offensively and lead PIT forwards in Game 5. He made more Plays that included a Pass than any other forward in this game.

Chris Kunitz had his best game of the playoffs. Defensively, his execution on the Forecheck and Defensive Zone Coverage helped drive his Overall contribution.

Bryan Rust had a balanced Offensive and Defensive game. Recording his 2nd highest Contribution level of these playoffs.

In Trevor Daley's absence, Ben Lovejoy was able to step up his game leading the PIT D-core in Overall contribution. Defensively, Ian Cole lead the PIT D-core.

At the other end of the ice, for Tampa's D-core Defensively, Game 5 was a tough outing.

Up front, this game marked the first time Nikita Kucherov lead Tampa forwards in this series.

Ondrej Palat, Jonathan Drouin and Ryan Callahan, all made strong contributions on both sides of the puck.
